This box is made up
of eight pieces.
One length of chord binds the box together and is
tightened by a small baton that fits snugly into the simple catch. By
drawing the catch back with your thumb the lid is released. The end
of the lid fits into end of the box and, when it is pushed down, the
catch opens and then closes with a comforting snap.
Silky oak is a highly
prized Australian cabinet timber and has a beautiful flecky grain
and a rich deep amber colour.
It is a robust, chunky Presentation Box.
